Cookie Policy

What cookies we use, why we use them, and how you can control them.

Governed by Ghanaian law

1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to remember information about your visit — such as your login state, language preference, or which pages you viewed — so the site can work properly and improve your experience.

Cookies cannot run programmes or carry viruses. They are not used to identify you personally beyond the purpose described in this policy.

2. Cookies We Use

Strictly Necessary cookies cannot be disabled — the site cannot function without them. All other cookies require your consent.

3. Third-Party Cookies

The following third-party services may set their own cookies when you use this site. Each has its own cookie and privacy policy:

Google Analytics 4

Analytics — anonymised aggregate usage statistics.

Google Tag Manager

Tag management — controls when analytics scripts fire.

Google reCAPTCHA v3

Spam / bot prevention on all public forms.

Zoho SalesIQ

Live chat support widget.

We do not control third-party cookies. Refer to each provider's privacy policy for full details of what they collect.

4. Session vs Persistent Cookies

Session Cookies

Temporary cookies that exist only while your browser is open. They are automatically deleted when you close the browser. Used for login sessions and CSRF protection.

Persistent Cookies

Remain on your device for a set period (e.g., 1 year for consent, 2 years for GA4). They are not deleted when you close the browser and can be removed manually via your browser settings.

5. Managing Your Preferences

You have several ways to control cookies:

Cookie Banner

Accept or decline non-essential cookies using the banner shown on your first visit.

Browser Settings

Block or delete cookies via your browser's privacy/security settings. Note: blocking strictly necessary cookies will break login functionality.

Google Analytics Opt-Out

Install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on to prevent GA4 tracking across all sites.
