By accessing or using www.pinuno.com.gh (the "Site") — whether to browse, register for a course, submit a form, or access learning materials — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must stop using the Site immediately. We may update these Terms from time to time — changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Site after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

• You must be 16 years of age or older to register for a course or create an account.
• If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering. We may suspend accounts where information is false or misleading.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity under your account.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any interruption of service beyond our reasonable control.

Course registration follows a multi-step process: personal information → address details → course selection → MoMo payment. Your enrolment is not confirmed until payment is verified.

• You may register for one or more courses at a time, subject to availability.
• Course schedules, instructors, and venues are subject to change — registered students will be notified by email.
• Pinuno Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course if minimum enrolment is not reached. A full refund will be issued in such cases.
• Your course access is activated automatically on confirmed enrolment and gives you access to all course materials and assessments online.

Current fees for all courses are listed on the Courses page. Prices are shown in Ghana Cedis (GHS) inclusive of any applicable taxes and may be updated from time to time.

Payment Rules:

• All prices are in Ghana Cedis (GHS) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.
• Payment is exclusively via Mobile Money (MoMo) — MTN, Telecel, or AirtelTigo.
• You must pay in full before your enrolment is confirmed. Instalment plans are not currently offered.
• Your PIN is entered directly on your handset — Pinuno Academy never requests or stores your MoMo PIN.
• Prices may change from time to time. The price displayed at the time of registration is the price you pay.

Refunds are processed to the original MoMo account within 5–10 business days. To request a refund, email info@pinuno.com.gh with your registration reference.

Violation of the conduct rules may result in suspension or removal from the course without a refund, and in serious cases, reporting to the appropriate authorities.

• A digital certificate of completion is issued upon satisfactory completion of all course requirements and a passing grade in the final assessment.
• Certificates are verifiable at pinuno.com.gh/verify-certificate using the unique certificate code printed on the document.
• Certificates remain the property of Pinuno Ghana Limited. We reserve the right to revoke a certificate if it was issued in error or obtained through academic dishonesty.
• You may share and display your certificate for personal and professional purposes. You must not alter or misrepresent the certificate.

All content on this site — including course materials, curriculum documents, website design, text, graphics, logos, and software — is the proprietary property of Pinuno Ghana Limited or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws of Ghana.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access the site and materials solely for your personal learning. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, or create derivative works from any site content without our prior written consent.

The site and its content are provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Pinuno Ghana Limited makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted access to the site.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or our services.
• Our total liability to you for any cause whatsoever shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the six months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the site, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy. We process your data in accordance with the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) of Ghana.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall first be resolved through informal negotiation. If unresolved after 30 days, disputes may be referred to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Ghana.
