Course Curriculum

Identify CPU, RAM, storage devices, and input/output peripherals. Understand the difference between hardware and software.

Navigate the Windows desktop, taskbar, Start menu, and File Explorer to manage files and folders.

Master typing technique, keyboard shortcuts, mouse precision, and essential input device skills.

Use browsers, perform effective searches, save bookmarks, and understand basic internet safety practices.

Create, send, and organise emails. Understand professional etiquette, attachments, and spam awareness.

Use Google Drive and OneDrive to store, share, and collaborate on files in the cloud.

Create strong passwords, recognise phishing attempts, protect personal data, and stay safe online.

Apply all course skills in a hands-on practical exercise covering hardware, OS, internet, and email.

Final practical exam and graded assessment covering all sections of the course.
