- Navigate Windows 11 — start/shutdown, desktop, taskbar, settings
- Create, rename, move, copy, and delete files and folders efficiently
- Use a keyboard and mouse confidently for everyday computing tasks
- Browse the internet safely, use email, and identify phishing attempts
- Use cloud storage (Google Drive / OneDrive) to save and share files
- Stay safe online: create strong passwords and recognise security threats
